I'M KAREN

Stepping out of my comfort zone was not easy to do, but I did it, and so can you.

I have been a nurse for over 30 years, always believing in holistic healing. Spiritually inclined, I was always searching for more natural ways to aid the healing process for others

In my life, I’ve had 2 pivotal moments where I wished it could have been different but after experiencing them realized the gift was waiting on the other side.

During my time of healing, I regained my self-worth, self-esteem, and self-love back that which had been taken from me. I prevailed, finding peace, practicing gratitude, and being kind and compassionate with myself.

MY APPROACH

Your healing session begins with our discovery call via phone or by zoom, meeting one another and discussing the changes you would like to see moving forward in your life.

There are two ways I can initiate a healing session either in person or distance. Both are as equally effective, and either way, the emotional baggage we carry, preventing our forward movement in life is released.

How is it done?

Every session is so unique that different tools are used in different ways for each person.

I guide you through the entire session with compassion, comforting and supporting you on every level of your being, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
